The upcoming repair of the historic storehouse by Ernst Neufert in the City of Weißwasser built in 1935 is connected to potential functions that the building could take in the coming years. To enable tourism functions in the house and to link these new functions to existing urban development strategies the potential of the building were analyzed. Finally concrete measures were outlined. These measures refered to optional uses the building could offer.
