The idea of „Nowa Energie“ was to discuss the energy future of the Euroregion Spree-Neiße-Bober based on an exchange of students of the Technical University of Brandenburg (Germany) and the University of Zielona Góra (Poland). Questions to be debated are: What are the energy strategies of Poland and Germany like? In what why do these strategies effect to euroregion? What kind of energy projects are currently in preparation? What are the opinions and policies in Germany and Poland? And finally: In what why do Polish and German energy concepts differ from each other? “Nowa Energie” was part of the EU project “intercultural action in the border region”.
