Old Leipzig Fair
Development of historic industrial buildings
10

The location of the old Leipzig fairground reflects a promising development within recent years that went along with a 62 millions Euro public and private investment. The key managers responsible for the current boom at the fairground are two successful developers: WEP and LEVG (Leipziger Entwicklungs- und Vermarktungsgesellschaft). To continue the promising trend and to achieve further development goals until the 100 years anniversary of the old Leipzig fairground in 2013 three of the many historic industrial halls should be remodeled and reused. To do so INIK sets up a strategic plan including a potential analysis for the buildings to improve evaluation and decision making procedures.
