Preservation planning an industrial park

The feasibility study for the clothing and armory building – a landmark of the State of Brandenburg - suggests use options for the building located in the Cottbus Technology and Industrial Park TIP. The proximity to the university and the interaction with research and development partners in the environment are taken into account too. The clothing and armory is located on a former airfield.
