Administration concept of youth center in historic industrial fabric
-0,9

Within the next years the historic „Furnierhalle“ – an old industrial building in the city of Görlitz – will be renovated and re-used. The aim is to set up a youth and sociocultural center in the historic fabric. To do so the Görlitz based Second Attempt e.V. created an operator concept to ensure professional administration of the site. The Werkstattladen Dresden and INIK coached Second Attempt during the development of the operator concept. The administration plan was the basement to support the creative industries plus cultural activities in Görlitz. The “Furnierhalle” building is a space of opportunities for young people who actively design their urban environment.
