Within the framework of regional conversion in East-Germany the administration strives for an effective use of Health Care and medical immovable property. The goal of the study Health Center Senftenberg was elaboration of the development concept fort he medical immovable property in the region of Senftenberg. The project in cooperation with Hochschule Lausitz (Prof. Dr. Stefan Zundel) and the Municipality of Senftenberg. The interdisciplinary activities made an intensive knowledge transfer in the fields administration, real estate management and planning and building in existing structures possible.
