GPS in the Euroregion
German-Polish school tourism project
10

The tourism project was based on the idea of networked pupils of German and Polish schools in the border region of Lusatia. The pupils from Zagan, Cottbus, Zielona Góra, Burg (Spreewald) and Krosno developed several tourist routes at urban and regional level. The multi-location routes are interconnected. Among others historic industrial buildings are included. A guidance system (GPS) was the foundation for the routes, so that the tourist offer is provided as a digital route. The routes were built on the existing tourism offer on the German-Polish border region.
