The Brandenburg municipality of Glienicke / Nordbahn, situated at the northern edge of Berlin, has been actively dealing with the topic of energy saving, the efficient use of energy and the increase in the use of renewable energies for several years. An energy concept was already developed in 2012/13. The climate protection concept is now to serve as a strategic basis for the implementation of further measures for climate protection. It should also help to tackle measures together with the neighbouring municipalities of Berlin. INIK’s GmbH is to supplement ThINK's climate protection competences with the strategic considerations of urban, municipal and site development as well as public relations.
