INIK strategy:
The aim is the long-term use of the Textile mill Noack / Bergami and of the contemporary not used, fallow areas. The proposal is to secure the facility for long time. Although there are no investments, this preservation concept makes the long-term preservation of the existing buildings shifting the development of the location.

Hintergrund:
After the textile mills in Forst (Lusatia) were closed up, there is a threat that the already started demolition of the valuable industrial buildings will be continued. Natural decay, deconstruction and a few in line with generally accepted conservation practices lead to the destruction of the significant historic factories, plant mills and industrial buildings. Among the industrial sites in danger is also the old textile mill Noack / Bergami in Forst (Lusatia), with its idle facilities. There is no decision about demolition
