C3 The Train Station in Drebkau
The railway station joins separated city areas
C.03

INIK strategy:
INIK intends appreciation and development of the quarter at the railway station that is marked by the industrial wasteland and railroad lines. The railway station quarter, which is situated in the middle of the city, should be made vivid and join the old city and the south as well as east suburbs of the Drebkau.

Background:
The town Drebkau near Cottbus is defined by many differently coined urban spaces that are not linked up. Additionally the rail road and the federal road separate the Old Town from the districts in the South and East. The municipality of Drebkau is going to connect the areas through successive restructuring of the railway station quarter.
