INIK Strategy:
The goal is a change of use of the former Levy textile mill to a site for exclusive apartments developing the area—in the immediate vicinity of the Schwarze Pumpe industrial park yet centrally located and surrounded by attractive green spaces—to a distinct living location.

Background:
The grounds of the former textile mills are situated in a bend of the Spree River and immediately border the Old Town of Spremberg. The textile mill, which ceased production in the early 1990s, represents a valuable example of industrial architecture from the 1920s.
